The health monitoring device WHOOP released its 2025 health report for Cristiano Ronaldo, who is now 40 years old. The report recorded 501 unique activities throughout the year and indicated that Ronaldo’s biological age is 28, 12 years younger than his actual age.

In 2025, Ronaldo participated in football, weightlifting, paddleboard tennis, functional fitness, and swimming. His football activities included an average intensity of 12.0, an average duration of 91 minutes, and an average heart rate of 122 beats per minute.

In 2025, Ronaldo recorded over 40 activities. The top 10 were: eating meat, cryotherapy, sauna, fruits and vegetables, ice baths, fish oil, creatine, carbohydrates, caffeine, and vitamin B12. The top 5 recovery-promoting effects were caffeine, meditation, sleep quality, eating meat, and stretching.

WHOOP also noted that Ronaldo’s biological age of 28, 12 years younger than his actual age, is attributed to indicators such as his VO2 max and strength training.

Cristiano Ronaldo retweeted the report and added the caption: “A perfect end to 2025, ready to go next year! 💪🏼”
